I've been absolutely terrible these days! My bed is warm in the morning, my room isn't. My pillow feels awesome, standing up doesn't. You guys have any tricks you use to get out of bed in the morning?

Deadly vipers that have been pre-chilled. Too sluggish to bite, but make the bed colder than the room, and definitely incentivize you not to stay very long.

There's always the old trick of putting the alarm clock on the other side of the room, so you have to get out of bed to shut it off.

Change of attitude?

Put your alarm clock/phone or whatever you use on out of reach so you have to get up to turn it off, of course I don't follow this advice because my 13 month old is crying in the other room to be changed and fed. Or do you have an automatic coffee maker? When I did the smell would be a nice wake up, now I have a Keurig so that doesn't work anymore.

Cool, I'll start drinking myself to sleep then. Throw up and go to work, forget my pants, get fired and stay in bed as long as I want. Thanks bro! Lol.

Children. You've got to get some. More than one is better, twins are best. Either their crying to be fed/changed when they're babies, or they have to be at school. The payoff is when they're in about 2nd-5th grade, and they can't stop fucking with each other long enough to actually get ready for school. And then they bitch that they don't have enough time to play in the morning, even though I got them up an hour before they have to leave for school. Or else it's Saturday morning and you'd like to sleep in but you can't because the boys have gotten up on their own earlier than they ever would on a school day and you have to get up too because they're fighting about Minecraft or something equally stupid.
*deep breath*
Sorry. Another typical morning at my house.

Hahaha, alright, someone's getting pregnant this weekend! I'll be sure to tell them too, so they know who can help them raise it, little will they know that this is an elaborate ploy to wake up in the morning.

My thermostat has figured this out and has started running the heater for longer in the morning.
I think it's possessed.

Why is it, when my thermostat is always set to 68, my bedroom is freezing when i wake up in the morning? If the darn thing were programmable, I'd totally have it blast some heat every morning, lol.

A cheapie programmable t-stat will help that problem.
Or you can spend wayyy too much money and add this:

A dog can provide the same service by begging to go out and be fed. This comes at less expense and more convenience than children (dogs can be left at home alone for long periods of time... legally that is). Also, on days when you don't need to get up, like weekends for instance, once the dog goes out and eats you can go back to dreamland.

One one of those wifi ones would be awesome. I fucking hate programming a thermostat, somehow they expect you to program with like two, maybe three buttons, i look at the instruction and go DAFUQ?
